In line with the Group's operational management needs and humanistic care mechanism, in 2017, under the initiative of Xiao Dejun, Chairman of the Group, the company launched an initiative to “come into the mind” group chairman's communication day. Following the successful opening of the first phase on September 6th in the Industrial South China Area, on the afternoon of December 17, the Chairman of the Group, the first person in charge of the various functional departments of the Group and nearly 20 people from the Industrial East China Management team gathered at Suzhou Green South Hotel. Together, we ushered in the second phase of the “Walk into the Vision” Group Chairman's Communications Day, which is the first time this event was held in East China.
The activity was chaired by Li Haorong, Director of the Group's Dong Office. Then, each department manager issued a job report in a short and pragmatic manner, not only summarizing and reviewing the work situation in 2017, but also planning and deploying work for the new year.

Subsequently, Chairman Xiao gave a comprehensive explanation of the strategic planning of the group and industry in 2018, and the new year industry will expand the team that builds multimodal transport of land, sea, air, and iron on the basis of breakthroughs in the operational model. The company will accurately position the development direction and strive to create a "cross-border multimodal transport logistics service provider." The Chairman’s passionate speech clarified the development goals and key work plans of the new year and further enhanced everyone’s confidence and determination in the future development.

Then entered the climax of the event, the chairman of the scene answered questions. This is a zero-distance, one-to-one interactive communication. Everyone asks the chairman of the board about market development, capacity optimization, service improvement, and team building. Everyone fully felt the attention and concern of the group leaders, expressed their opinions freely, exchanged ideas and feelings in working life, and put forward many constructive opinions.

During the meeting, the chairman and others freely communicated and conveyed sympathy and concern for the work and life of the employees. It was not so much a company banquet as it was a happy family dinner. Everyone gathered together and showed their warmth.
