On March 11th, 2018, Baohengtong Group’s annual event - Spring Meng Conference was held in Auman No. 1 in Yantian District, Shenzhen.
Chairman of Baohengtong Group Xiao Dejun, Director of the Group Chairman's Office and Director of Human Resources Administration Department Li Haorong, Deputy General Manager of Industrial Company Cheng Hao, Deputy General Manager of Industrial Company Zhou Guangle, Director of Operational Management Center of Industrial Company Li Chuan, Group Chief Financial Officer Chen Chuangzheng, Some 250 leaders, such as Xia Yongwei, deputy general manager of China Motor & Trading Co., Ltd., Qi Zhenmei, deputy general manager of China Automobile and Trade Co., Ltd., Wu Wenai, manager of vehicle and development department of the residue company, and employee representatives, gathered together in Auman 1, to witness this important event.

With the national anthem and Bao Hengtong's song "Toward Happiness" slowly sounded, the conference officially kicked off.

At the conference, Mr. Xiao Dejun, Chairman of the Group, first delivered an important speech entitled “New Era·New Starting Point·New Journey”, summarizing the review of the Group and the logistics and supply chain segment, the logistics equipment and automobile trading segment, the logistics real estate and construction engineering segment, etc. The performance and deficiencies of the main business segment over the past year. In 2017, the Group is implementing a vertical management model, optimizing organizational structure and reforming the performance management system, and optimizing the management team's innovation year. At the meeting, Li Haorong, Director of the Group's Chairman's Office and Director of the Department of Human Resources Management, gave an introduction to the New Year Group's human resources reform under the theme of “New Year, Xinxin, and Mongxin”, introducing the organizational structure optimization plan and 17 new items. The plan covers deepening performance reforms, optimizing accounting rules, revising operating costs, setting up talent incubation centers, accelerating the introduction of high-end talent, upgrading OA systems, launching new corporate websites, new internal publications, and new welfare policies.

Recognition ceremony
Looking back on the extraordinary 2017 years that the Group has gone through, the Group's main business segments have emerged a large number of excellent teams and individuals with outstanding ability, talent and dedication, outstanding performance and outstanding performance. Appointment ceremony
One of the biggest highlights of the Spring-Moon Conference was the appointment ceremony for managers. The Group made a unified appointment for all management personnel in accordance with the appointment system management model and the new organizational structure adjustment needs. Li Haorong, director of the company's chairman of the board of directors and director of the human resources administration department, read out the appointment decision of the manager, and then Xiao Dejun, chairman of the group, issued the letter of appointment for the management staff. At 19:00, the Spring Festival Gala Dinner began. The chairman of the group, Xiao Dejun, expressed sincere gratitude and blessings to all employees and led a high-level team to make a toast.
